In 2005, Algorithmics was acquired by Fitch Group, the parent company of Fitch Ratings.
In 2011, Algorithmics was sold to IBM and folded into the company in 2012, and rebranded as IBM Risk Analytics.
In 2019, SS&C acquired Algorithmics from IBM to form SS&C Algorithmics.
