About Me - Ali Chhaib | Diversity & Inclusion Consultant I am Ali Chhaib, a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with over 25 years of international experience in multicultural team management, training, and consultancy. My expertise lies in bridging cultural differences and empowering organizations to create inclusive, thriving workplaces where every individual feels valued and respected. Born in Belgium in 1978 to an Amazigh-Arabic family, I grew up surrounded by cultural diversity. This unique perspective, combined with my fluency in Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish, Greek, Arabic, and Amazigh, has given me a deep understanding of cultural dynamics and communication styles. After earning my degree in Languages and Logistics, I began my professional journey, working for leading international companies like Sunair, Thomas Cook, and TUI Group. Over the past two decades, I’ve lived and worked in 7 countries and visited 80+ destinations, gaining first-hand experience in navigating multicultural environments. This journey has fueled my mission to help organizations turn diversity into a competitive advantage through tailored strategies, interactive workshops, and practical tools for inclusive leadership and team collaboration. My approach focuses on building awareness, breaking biases, and providing actionable solutions to improve workplace culture.
