That is why Aliaxis Group, the global leader in water and energy movement, established Aliaxis Next, an innovation fund that functions as a business-builder. Our entrepreneurial, technological, and strategic expertise, paired with our global operations, enables our portfolio companies to unlock faster growth. We make that possible through three engagement vehicles:
• Through M&A, we acquire companies that are complementary to the Aliaxis Group core business and are looking to change ownership and/or management.
• Through Venturing, we acquire a significant minority share in late-stage start-ups and early-stage scale-ups where we can amplify management and help speed up realisation of the business plans.
• Through our Venture Builder, we fund entrepreneurs with an idea or a technology and help them build high-potential businesses.
