Our mission at Alice Moustier ltd: We want to enable IT, tech, SaaS and science companies to find really good employees and really utilize the existing potential in their teams. The idea was born out of the fact that we have met many very intelligent people who would have liked to do more for their company, but were not allowed to because the rules did not permit it. If the corporate culture and internal communication are right, high performers, nerds and geeks feel attracted to the company and have the opportunity to drive the company forward enormously. We improve the communication between nerds and normalos and thus create a great benefit for companies. Talent can only grow if we give them the right soil and water! Then they are motivated to grow.
