Alicia Monnet, Transformational Life Coach

I'm Alicia Monnet and I am a provisionally certified transformational life coach with the Brave Thinking Institute. I am currently launching my life coaching business. As a life coach, I empower people to build their dreams so they can live a life they truly love living. I host both in-person and virtual workshops where I teach 3 keys to accelerate your results in life, as well as how to address the fear and doubt that can often keep you stuck or prevent you from achieving your goals. I have been an avid student of personal growth and development principles for over 5 years now and I love learning how to improve all areas of life, including the areas of health and wellbeing, love and relationships, career/vocation, and time and money freedom. I also focus on mindset training and emotional control in order to maximize results and positive outcomes. I left behind my nursing career of 15 years to pursue this new path that is more in line with my values, passion and purpose. I now have the privilege of empowering and coaching others, either one-on-one or in groups, to improve their lives by achieving their goals and building their dreams. I work with people both in person and/or virtually through video conferencing.
