Align Dance Therapy

Hello! I am Abigail (or Abi!), and I run Art Therapy with Abigail - a warm and supportive space for you to explore and express with a registered Creative Arts Therapist. I work with a range of people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, and tricky life transitions. I also work with people looking to rediscover their inner creativity, as well as those who want to build stronger relationships with themselves and others. I love working collaboratively and hope we can foster a trusting and nurturing environment where we can identify and work towards your goals. I offer a range of creative mediums, including dance, music, drawing, painting and writing. I also provide traditional talk-based counselling, and am available for individual or small group sessions. I absolutely cannot wait to start the creative journey with you! I am here to support you and work with you so you can move into your next phase equipped with skills and confidence.
