Aligned Pillars is a Leadership & Business Coaching Company, works primarily with Entrepreneurs & their Businesses, to help them align the core pillars of their organization. The company was started by Samkit Shah who a Second Generation Entrepreneur is leading his family business since last 10 years. After successfully scaling up his company over the years, His passion for Leadership & Business Management and his purpose of helping other businesses grow, led him to launch Aligned Pillars where He dons the Hat of a Leadership Coach & Growth Synergist. The sole aim is to share his knowledge and experience with many more Entrepreneurs in order to help them scale up for a sustainable growth. At Aligned Pillars we help our clients grow by the process of self-evolution and sustainable transformation to achieve success in the long run. With Coaching the premise is that the Entrepreneur and his Team already possess enough knowledge, skills and capacity to develop the strategies and lead the organization, but has yet to reach their full potential.
