The purpose and mission of Health Fundamentals is to get back to the basics. We believe that the highest levels of health will be achieved when: 1. We understand the truth that health comes from the inside. 2. Our approach towards health is one of simplicity and consistency. 3. Our bodies are functioning correctly both mechanically and chemically. 4. We are mentally, emotionally and spiritually "in-tune". And 5. We are fueling ourselves properly.
