Align Step + Strength

WE'RE THE ONLY STAIRMASTER + STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS IN NEW ENGLAND We are a Stairmaster and Strength Training class studio that also specializes in teaching yoga. We believe that all three training modalities (strength, cardio, yoga) are essential pieces to your whole body fitness and wellness. WE’RE REDEFINING STRENGTH THROUGH A BALANCED APPROACH Our Step + Strength classes combine intentional strength and resistance training with the Stairmaster. At Align you are supported, we do this together. It’s a personalized fitness experience in a small group setting, with classes maxing out at 16 people. We empower, and teach you how to get the most out of your workout so all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced can achieve results. At Align, our goal is to help you get stronger (both physically and mentally) and also smarter with your training. Education is an important part of our program, our clients learn to continually challenge themselves for more results. We believe you will love our balanced schedule of classes.
