ALIMENT LAB has been providing quality analytical services since 2011, with expertise in the field of food and water analysis and clients ranging from the largest food corporations to individual growers and processors. ALIMENT LAB has a team of highly trained agriculturists, veterinarians, chemists and food technologists with experience in food safety, food quality, food microbiology, food chemistry, food science and food research and development. Using modern and high performance equipment, ALIMENT LAB employs only recognized methods and procedures. Our laboratory capabilities include: microbiology analysis, nutritional analysis, various food and water chemistry analysis, allergen and toxin analysis.
