Alipheron AG is a Swiss private company founded in November 2023 by former members of the Drug Discovery IT of Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Alipheron develops and offers highly efficient software tools to search ultra-large combinatorial compound libraries in 2D and 3D, enabling next-level hit expansion, scaffold hopping, lead optimization, substructure and chemical similarity queries. We offer these capabilities as plugins within our highly popular, free and open-source cheminformatics platform DataWarrior for which we offer customized software development for plugin, workflow and integrations into your drug discovery process.
Together with our valued partners, leading and well-trusted companies Enamine, ChemSpace, PharmaBlock, WuXi AppTec and eMolecules, we create on-demand compound libraries ranging into the trillions. We also support you in constructing your own custom libraries from your own in-house real or virtual inventory.
