Family-owned and operated, All Malt Brewing is situated in the picturesque Peel Region of Western Australia. Our commitment to quality is reflected in their philosophy that the beer-drinking public deserves beer made from the finest ingredients available, rather than cheaply produced beer with inferior ingredients. All of their brews are hand crafted, relying on only water, malt, hops and yeast. Select recipes are complemented with additions of coriander and citrus, but never with additives, preservatives, colours, or sugar. Furthermore, their beer is unfiltered, which adds to the flavour. Beyond taste, our company prioritises sustainability: we turn spent grain into stock feed, hops into mulch, and heat exchange water for subsequent batches.
