ALL Studio is a collective of practitioners dedicated to transforming the way you connect to your body and self through Pilates, Strength, and Pre & Post-Natal training. ALL Studio is a place for all Humans to experience movement in a way that honours and celebrates their unique and individual body’s journey.
ALL Studio is a space where people can move, connect, ground, sweat, and breathe safely and effectively. It was essential to the founders that it be physically and financially accessible without compromising the high quality and luxurious in-studio experience their clientele had come to know and trust.
With a combination of their movement modalities and lived experiences, Katie and Taren created a program deeply rooted in trauma-informed, holistic and anatomically-aware movement, with a profound focus on the breath. With equal parts soft and strong, this practice aims to move the body in everyday life with greater power, mobility, and connection. This practice challenges all movement practitioners through its accessible language and guidance. It is far from easy but attainable for all levels.
