The absurdity is that this very success – combined with a cultural tendency toward improvisation – has led us to neglect our physical environment, which remains chaotic.
Designing user experience in physical space includes signage, various wayfinding tools, supportive environmental graphics, and sometimes even full architectural planning.
But beyond all that, it is about something deeper and more fundamental: building a methodology.
That means creating systems that make spaces intuitive and memorable even before signage – for example, through naming and spatial branding.

אבל מעבר לכל אלה, מדובר בתכנון של דבר עמוק ויסודי יותר: בניית מתודולוגיה. כלומר, שיטות שהופכות מקומות למובנים וזכירים – עוד לפני שלב השילוט. למשל, באמצעות שיום ומיתוג מרחבי.
