We offer individual private lessons, team training, facility rentals/ batting cage rental, clinics and camps, coaches clinic, and developmental team programs. Owner and Coach Leslie Korkgy-Valenti is currently the Assistant Coach for nationally ranked Montclair State University and formerly of Felician College. Has conducted clinics with Margo Joncker (former pitching coach for the USA olympic team), Frank Bodner (former professional MLB baseball scout with the LA Dodgers), and most recently clinics for Oradell, Glen Ridge,Hasbrouck Heights Softball Associations, and the Newark Ironbound Recreation softball program. Was sponsored by Subway Restaurants in conjunction with Williamsport, PA as well as the director for the summer camp for the Yogi Berra Museum at Montclair State University. An All-County and All-State pitcher from Leonia High School… a 70-18-1 career pitching record and a career batting average of .390… at 18 pitched against Dot Richardson and Sheila Cornell (both members of the USA olympic softball team) and Kathy Arendsen, Barbara Reinalda and Pat Dufficy (all members of the Pan Am softball team)... Was a 4-year starter for Muhlenberg College… a 40-45 career pitching record, 64 complete games and 477.1 total innings pitched… nationally ranked in 1993 for a 1.67era (23rd best in D3)… a .349 career batting average as well as numerous all-conference, all-region honors and centennial player of the week recognition 2 years in a row… was named as both the sophomore and senior athlete of the year for Muhlenberg College in 1995 and was asked to both play and coach in Italy’s professional softball league. A former high school history teacher and head softball coach at Hasbrouck Heights HS for 8 years, recipient of the 2005 Governor’s Teacher’s Award and in 2006 was named a “Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction”.
