All Within My Hands Foundation (Metallica)

AWMH is a nonprofit, philanthropic organization created by the members and management of Metallica and dedicated to creating sustainable communities by supporting workforce education, the fight against hunger, and other critical local services. 100% of donations go directly to the charities we support. Working with American Association of Community Colleges we established Metallica Scholars, a major workforce education initiative that provides direct support to community colleges to enhance their career and technical education programs. These programs provide skills and services to students who are looking to enter a traditional trade or other applied learning program. In partnership with Feeding America, we have been expanding our support of food banks across the country by establishing an annual Day of Service encouraging fans to volunteer at their local food banks. The third prong of our mission is to support critical local services.
