Allagi – Être le changement | Développement des compétences psycho-sociales

Allagi is a social economy company that aims to develop psycho-social skills (*) in children and adults. As an impact company (ministerial license 2019/003), all our profits are reinvested in social projects (e.g. training refugee women to enter the job market, or adults to relate to children in a caring way). In 2022 only, Allagi generated nearly 6,000 impacts. (*) To give just 3 examples, these are empathy, communication and emotional intelligence - skills that enable a person to deal with the challenges of everyday life, both emotionally and socially. They influence the way we interact with others, manage our emotions, make decisions and solve problems. *Vision* Allagi postulates the absolute, major, fundamental importance of lifelong learning to becoming oneself and being in a position to find what one wants to do and become. We propose 3 ways: - Knowledge: of oneself, others and the world - Curiosity: to discover and learn - Creativity: to shape the life we want *Mission* Our mission is to accompany everyone, regardless of their age, to grow in discernment and humanity, to think for themselves and to reflect with others, to argue, to be more attentive, to respect the other in his difference and the living as a whole, so many skills to build a more just, more conscious, more altruistic, happier society.
