On December 29, 2006, SAIDS, a New Jersey based company acquired all outstanding shares of Allan Briteway from Xcelecom a wholly owned subsidiary of UIL Holding. Today, Allan Briteway is one of the most trusted and reliable electrical contractors in New Jersey.
