The AllaNova Group (AllaNova AB and subsidiaries) is an independent, family-controlled investment group headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. AllaNova AB is an independent family office and investment firm. We do not manage outside funds or take external clients beside the shareholders families. Together with our external partners, AllaNova AB invests in all asset classes in accordance with our conservative investment mandate. AllaNova Invest AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AllaNova AB, which invests primarily in venture capital, syndicated loans, mezzanine financing and unlisted small- and microcap Nordic companies. AllaNova Skogsfastigheter AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AllaNova AB, which invests primarily in forested property, commercial real estate and other tangible assets.
