AllesWirdGut Architektur ZT GmbH

AllesWirdGut is an international architectural office headquartered in Vienna with a second office in Munich. Founded 1999 by AndreasMarth, Friedrich Passler, Herwig Spiegl und Christian Waldner, the office currently has about 70 employees. AllesWirdGut typically start from an analysis of the specifics of site and architectural task. The projects we then develop are informed by one common interest: making the most of the available means. Good architecture is not about costing more – it’s about doing more! AllesWirdGut have already realized more than 60 projects. Their best known projects include the “House of Life,” a subsidized housing project in the Seestadt Aspern development area; the Center of Technology and Design in St.Pölten, Lower Austria; the district administrative building Niederösterreich House in Krems, Lower Austria, Austria’s largest passive-house office building; the vocational college building in Embelgasse, Vienna; the outdoor opera festival premises at the former Roman quarry in St.Margarethen; the Civil Defense Center in Innichen/San Candido, Italy; the Maria-Theresien-Straße pedestrian area in Innsbruck, Tyrol, the recently finished Doppelmayr Headquarters in Wolfurt, Vorarlberg and the much-noted social project magdas Hotel in Vienna. Currently, there are residential, office and educational building projects in planning or under construction with a total gross floor area of 350,000 sq.m., including approximately 2,000 residential units and providing jobs for 2,400 people in Austria, Slovakia, Germany and Luxembourg. Among them are the new headquarter of the Funke Media Group in Essen, Germany, the head office of ropeway manufacturer Doppelmayr in Wolfurt, Austria, a school campus in Hamburg, the district administration office of Erlangen, Germany, as wells as several residential projects in Austria, Germany and Luxembourg. The work of AllesWirdGut already received numerous awards, most recently the Austrian State Prize for Design.
