The Alliance for Black Equality (ABE), a 527 independent expenditure committee (or Super PAC), is taking up this challenge by educating Black swing voters in Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia about the dangerous threat that Donald Trump’s anti-Black policy agenda as outlined in Project 2025 presents to their future. Using the insights generated from message-testing experiments we’ve been running since the start of the 2024 election cycle, ABE will attempt to inform and mobilize 300,000 Black swing voters through digital ads on X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
