Alliance Pharma Co., Ltd. was founded in the year 2006 as an extension of Bioscience Co., Ltd., the exclusive seller in Thailand of quality oncology products from Dabur Pharma. During the period 1996 to 2006 Bioscience had established itself as one of the most successful seller and distributor of pharmaceutical products in Thailand by achieving leadership position for generic oncology products. The success of Bioscience was achieved due to expertise and experience of the management team and employees as well as excellent product quality.
Alliance Pharma Co., Ltd., imports and commercializes pharmaceutical and medical device products in Thailand and focuses on providing highest quality products at the right price so that the products reach all groups of patients. With the total sales revenues of about 540 Million Baht (2024), the company has strong growth plans in the mid- and long-term. The major products commercialized and distributed by the company include anticancer products, Psychiatric drugs, Iron products, medical devices (stents & balloon, OTC, etc. Multiple differentiated and new pharmaceutical and medical device products are under registration and Alliance Pharma plans to launch these in Thailand in the near future.
In 2024, the company is currently in joint venture with Kable group of Indonesia to expand business in Thailand. Kalbe is providing integrated healthcare solutions though its 4 business divisions namely pharmaceutical, consumer health, nutrition and distribution/logistics. Kalbe is the biggest healthcare company listed on stock exchange of Indonesia with offices in more than 26 countries and employing more than 17,000 employees
