Allied Salt

Allied Salt is a USA-based salt company with mining rights in Chile, whose purpose is to mine, transport, distribute and market high grade salt for the industrial, chemical and agricultural salt industries. Its mission is to control and mine a premium grade, dry salt and to vertically integrate its business in such a way to control every step of production from the mine to the buyer´s warehouse, creating an intermodal distribution model for its clients. Through its subsidiary companies in the Salar Grande in Tarapaca, Chile, Allied Salt mines and processes the highest grade, pure sodium chloride. The salt is exported via Iquique Seaport to destinations around the world in ocean going dry bulk vessels. Allied Salt and its distribution partners also focus on bagging, blends and treated salt products. The company also holds offices in Iquique, Chile.
