AllInOne is a Benefit Corporation that builds co-work spaces, creative incubators, and community facilities in historical, vacant properties for artists and social impact builders. Through a modern economic development co-living and co-working prototype, we have already cultivated 2 properties for social-impact and the arts contributing to the cultural diversity of the city at large. We are opening a 28,000 sq foot Church in Spring of 2023 that will hold 300 workspaces, multiple performance art venues, retail, a food pantry, wellness activities, and supportive programming.
