Located in the Machine Shop of the World AKA: Milwaukee, WI, Allis Manufacturing Corp. provides custom machining, fabrication, painting, and assembly services for prototyping and small volume production of large and small machined components for over 13 different global industries. We machine a variety of parts, weighing from a fraction of an ounce to 26,000 lbs. Our CAD/CAM controlled CNC milling (both vertical and horizontal), turning, boring, and grinding machines deliver complete precision machining services to suit diverse and precise customer requirements. Journeymen machinists and toolmakers at Allis Mfg. Corp. work together with the customer to machine quality custom parts for OEM manufacturers. Emergency repair for legacy OEM industrial parts, full rebuilding of OEM equipment, and full assembly of new equipment is one of our specialties. New engraving and painting services added in 2020 to further serve the ingoing needs of our customers.
