Allium Counseling

Allium Counseling offers personalized counseling and psychotherapy services to a variety of clients seeking help with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, self-esteem, burnout, perfectionism and relationship difficulties. At Allium Counseling, we provide individualized services based on your unique needs. While we offer traditional counseling sessions, we also offer behavioral and experiential therapies for a more action-oriented approach toward change. We are licensed to provide counseling services to those located in the states of Illinois and Florida. In-person therapy is also available in Northfield, Illinois.
