Alltecs was founded in Montreal, Canada by Romulo Cavendish, in the year 2001. Its initial purpose was to promote bilateral trade between Brazil and Canada in the infrastructure sector, with a special focus on energy generation. Over the years, Alltecs evolved, and established itself as a renowned infrasctructure consulting firm. Alltecs specializes in the following areas: •Sales: Advisory to suppliers to infrastructure firms and other key sectors, such as the chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas sectors, in obtaining supply agreements with major players. •M&A: Advisory in the sale of equity in infrastructure projects, power plants and search for buyers for SMEs. •Strategy Consulting: Consulting on public RFPs, contracting process in with infrastructure companies and go-to-market plans. Alltecs has been involved in several infrastructure projects in Brazil, Canada/US and Central America throughout its almost 15 years of existence. We will showcase in the following some of the most recent relevant projects in which Alltecs played a significant role in leveraging the business of its clients. Experience – Power Plant development •Responsible for developping 2 natural gas thermal power plants (UTE) of over 600 MWh. Location scouting, obtaining all licenses, preparing EPC, obtaining gas contracts. •Sale of power plant projects of a variety of fuels to major energy players. Prepare for public biddings, advisory with documents and procedures. •UTE Resende: power plant in Resende, Rio de Janeiro, sold to EDP in 2008, and advising EDP on the project eversince. •UTE Rio Grande: power plant in Rio Grande, Rio Grande do Sul, with an adjacent GNL processing plant. Sold the project to energy group Bolognesi in 2010, and advising the project eversince.
