Current applications that implement the CPM scheduling techniques are too elaborate and isolated making it difficult to drive effective planning down to the field. allucent’s technology integrates with and extends the functionality of these systems through folding in project management constraints, Last Planner methodologies and lean scheduling principles. allucent is a short-term planning tool that pulls data from and pushes data to the master schedule, allows for schedule updates from the field, tracks productivity rates, prioritizes project documents based on the schedule and allows you to see the health of the project at a glance.
