AllWorkCT encourages Connecticut businesses to support the inclusive employment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The initiative will connect the business community with multiple service organizations via in-person events and virtually with the website (currently in development): allworkct.com. Typically, service providers are siloed and there isn’t always a direct connection to employers. AllWorkCT aims to be the unifier, creating clear inclusive employment pathways for people with IDD.
