Alma Advisory Group (Alma) is a consulting services organization with a mission to foster short- and long-term organizational success through the cultivation of people, practice, culture, and research. We believe that an organization’s success relies on PEOPLE • A clear understanding of the kind of people the organization needs in order to thrive • A sense of current gaps in talent, and knowledge of how future openings can help bridge those gaps • A strategy for identifying an organization’s best people and finding ways to reward, leverage and inspire them • A culture with the practices that support the people within the organization and help them succeed Our work builds on the following values: Achieving trusted relationships with our clients is at the heart of our work, and central to the way we operate. Once we have a clear sense of the organization’s context and what leaders are working to solve – then, and only then, can we apply our expertise in innovative ways to find the unique solutions that help our clients reach their goals. We understand the human side of change. The best-designed and best-intentioned efforts will be rejected if the people directly affected by the work are not meaningfully and authentically engaged throughout the process. More importantly though, the people doing the work must be engaged because they have critical insight into the best ways to implement change. And finally, when we partner and plan with our clients, we develop the internal capacity needed for the organization to continue to lead, sustain, and strengthen their work well beyond our time with them.
