Our company operates for more than 30 years in the dairy industry. From the beginning has focused on that part of the process between the coagulation of the milk until its transformation into cheese. We produce plants and machinery starting from the discharge of the cheese vats, stretching, moulding and cooling up to the packaging of the product. The types of cheese for which we can boast our long tradition (confirmed also by the prestigious brands of our clients) are the pasta filata cheeses (like fresh mozzarella, Pizza Cheese, Provolone and imitation cheese).
