We want to make sure your VA is trained in the best practices of whatever it is you need them to do. Our system of having managers spot-check the work of our employees also ensures they are doing what needs to be done for you. Additionally, want to run this company with non-profit ideals. We want both you and our employees to have a better future. We invest in our employees. Every employee who completes 6 months working with us and receives great reviews from you gains access to classes in their countries which we pay for. While we prefer for them to take classes that will help them work with you, we don’t require them. We know having them trained in other disciplines might mean one day they leave you and us for another career, but we fully support that. Creating experienced and educated people is its own reward. We also know we always will have the next generation ready to take their place at no training and transition cost to you.
