1) Heatspreader
Taking advantages of materials such as tungsten, molybdenum, and diamond, we manufactures high quality heatspreader materials. Applications of these materials include electronics, automotive, aerospace, and many more.
2) Tungsten and Molybdenum products
Under strict quality control, A.L.M.T. Corp. provide full-scale manufacturing metallic materials and processed products. These are used for electrodes in various electronics and heat-resistant parts for high temperature furnaces and tungsten monoblock (high heat-resistant parts) for ITER. In order to realize the best performance, we offer a variety of materials, sizes, finishing and machining.
3) Raw Material Powder (W, Mo) and Cemented Carbide
A.L.M.T. Corp. provide “tungsten powder”, used as raw material for semiconductor and electronics fields. We also provide “tungsten carbide powder” and “carbonitride powder” used as raw material for hard metals. We have “cemented carbide cutting blades” for processing electronic parts. We also have our own efficient system for recycling tungsten.
4) Diamond / CBN Cutting, Grinding tool and Drawing Dies
A.L.M.T. Corp.’s Diamond and CBN tools, which take advantage of the properties of the hardest in the all materials, enable to make high precision machining with nano scale. These tools are used in many processes in a variety of industries. A.L.M.T. Corp. also have a lineup of diamond drawing dies/wear-resistant tools for various wire rods.
