A group of organizations can have more than one decision-making center, especially for its policy regarding production, sales and profits. The decision can be central to some aspects of financial management and taxation. It constitutes an economic unit empowered to make choices, in particular with regard to the units that make up the group of institutions and in particular those managed by the head of the group.
