Aloka and Heritage Properties

Aloka Properties is the real estate arm of SHOP Limited, the investment office of the Bata family, who maintain a controlling interest in a number of internationally recognized organizations including the Bata Shoe Organization. Aloka Properties has offices in Zlin, Czech Republic, Bermuda, and Boston. We focus on direct redevelopment, property management of our core European portfolio, and careful capital allocation globally. We have completed and now operate over 700,000 square feet of office, retail and residential redevelopments across 21 properties in Czechia, Switzerland, and Holland, and have over 600,000 square feet of industrial and multi-family redevelopment ongoing globally. We manage both development projects and stabilized properties internally where we have local offices, and enjoy partnerships with local developers in geographies where we do not. Given our global distribution we place particularly strong emphasis on these partnerships, with greatest priority on transparency and alignment of interests.
