I am an experienced professional in international trade and development with a focus on sustainable agriculture and small holder farming systems. Proven skills in program design and management, partnership coordination, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainable (certified) sourcing, international relations, team leadership, M&E, budget management and fund raising. Long term experience in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. I have a Master from Wageningen University and currently following an Executive MBA (part-time) at the Rotterdam School of Management. My drive comes from a strong sense of curiosity, a critical mind and the desire to lead change through empowerment and deliver high quality results, thereby aiming for economically viable, sustainable and socially just environment.
