ALPEN GROUP has three primary pillars in which it operates. o The first pillar centers on the tire value chain with a strong focus on the carbon black feedstock markets. This includes slurry/decant oils from the refining industry, coal tar and its derivatives from the steel industry, ethylene pyrolysis oil from the chemical industry and various sustainable/renewable feedstock markets. Functionally, ALPEN GROUP conducts research and execution of projects conducted either direct or in coordination with select partners. o The second pillar is based on advanced recycling via pyrolysis and circularity in the tire and plastic industries with a primary focus on the resulting oils. ALPEN selectively partners with viable, reliable pyrolysis companies to aid in oils optimization, marketing, business/strategic partner development and investor sourcing & execution. In summary, we enable the commercialization of pyrolysis technology. ALPEN Group, via its subsidiary based in Europe, is blending, optimizing, marketing and selling plastic and tire pyrolysis oil from various global sources. o The third pillar is based on Supply Chain and Market Optimization of various heavy oils with a focus in the carbon black feedstock market. This pillar is based on the sourcing, storing, blending, and final delivery of feedstocks and operates under the name of Kera Energy AG with offices in Rotterdam, Netherlands and Zug, Switzerland.
