The company was established as a public share holding company and registered at the Ministry of Trade And Industry under registration no. 260 on the 10th of November, 1994 with capital of 10 Million JD. Alpha was registered as a trade mark for M/S Jordan Investment & Tourist Transport Co. under the registration no. 60430 on the 28th of June 1995. The company was licensed to start operating on the 1st of November 1995 with a fleet of more than 150 vehicles of different types and sizes with high standards, provided with a cluster of well qualified, capable and trained employees dedicated and motivated to grow incrementally and exponentially with the company. Alpha is part of Tantash Group with investments in the Industrial, financial and service sectors. Alpha is proud to be the number one fleet management company in Jordan. All locations are fully equipped terminals, service centers and driver accommodation hubs.
