Alpha Elephant Capital Management (Hong Kong) Limited ("Alpha Elephant Capital") is an independent fund management company founded in Hong Kong in April 2022. Alpha Elephant Capital received a Type 9 License granted by the SFC HK in February 2023. Alpha Elephant Capital established the Alpha Elephant Fundamental Master/Feeder Fund (the "Fund") in April 2023, a fundamental fund with a focus on China-related companies listed in global markets. The fund is led by its CIO, Fang FANG, who was a Managing Director at Cephei Capital. The core investment team consists of Fang FANG, Junbin PENG, and Yu FU. Mr. Peng and Mr. Fu previously managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios at Taikang Asset Management. These three like-minded professionals have chosen to dedicate their careers and lives to investment. Their extensive experience working with top-tier QFII and large insurance institutions in China has instilled in them a common set of core values. The Fund does not operate as a multi-manager platform-based fund. Despite each of the investment team members possessing over a decade of experience and an impressive track record, they have chosen to establish a boutique firm that leverages the collaborative efforts of the team. The investment process is fully integrated, with all three team members actively participating in research, analysis, and investment decision-making. This approach allows them to capitalize on their collective insights, engage in substantive discussions, inspire one another, and compensate for individual blind spots and shortcomings, ultimately enhancing the probability of investment success.
