Shefali Raina, the founder of Alpha Lane Partners, is a 20 year veteran of the financial services and consulting industries, with deep experience in strategy, finance, and execution in senior leadership roles at top global organizations, including as Managing Director and COO of multiple business units. Her rich business experience, results focused coaching approach and commercial leadership perspective especially resonates with busy, ROI focused executives. Shefali is Certified Professional Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, a Neuroscience geek, and a 2019 meta-coach at the prestigious Daniel Goleman Emotional Intelligence Certification Program. She has coached CXOs, business heads, asset managers, traders, client service professionals and entrepreneurs, and is a recognized leadership and career development expert quoted in many publications including Institutional Investor, Business Insider, Fast Company and Entrepreneur. She brings a unique global perspective to her work, having lived and worked in New Delhi, Manila, Tokyo and NYC, where she is now based.
