The Software Solutions Business Unit is the exclusive franchisee of Focus Softnet for the regions of Lebanon, Jordan and Syria. The solutions is covers include ERP, CRM, Warehouse Management, Retail Management, Property Management, Fleet Management, Academic Records Management, and Hospital Management. Despite its growth into a vast range of products and services, Alpha-Tech still only represents highly rated global brands and does not compromise on products/service quality. Moreover, the company is ISO 9001:2008 certified for its quality management system.
