Alpha Wireless is an Integrator of High Quality Wireless Voice, Data, and Video Products. Alpha Wireless Communications has been an Authorized Motorola Service Center for Southern Minnesota since 1958. We are also a System Select Dealer, Motorola Two-Way Dealer, and a Networking Solutions Provider for the region. In over 50 years of doing business we have achieved the Pinnacle Award for Excellence from Motorola 7 times and have received the 1st ever Letter of Commendation for Quality. In 2009 we received the MOTOSTAR Award, the highest recognition offered through Motorola. The last 20 years has seen a rapid emergence of technologies – primarily wireless technologies and the Internet – that have blurred the lines between communication channels. Using today’s technologies, voice, video, and data all travel the same communication pathways. In the smart phones that many of us carry, we have computing, voice, and video capabilities in the palm of our hands. Just a few years ago, this would have required separate devices that were tethered to hard-wired communications lines. The speed of change is far outpacing the general knowledge about what technology is available and what problems can be solved. At Alpha Wireless, our passion is helping our customers solve problems. The technology and equipment we provide is simply a means to an end – if our solutions don’t increase your effectiveness, safety, and security then we haven’t done our job.
