In close cooperation with the IT community, we have been developing the largest and most successful recruitment consultancy for IT experts and software developers in the DACH region for 7 years. Our goal: The ultimate candidate experience. ■ What we do? alphacoders places IT experts and software developers in permanent positions with companies of all sizes and industries on an executive search basis. We fill all career levels from junior developer to Head of IT or CTO. But as IT experts, we know what is important to candidates when looking for a job and consistently apply this knowledge in our tech recruiting.
