Alpha Commercial Bank PLC. (AC Bank) is incorporated in Cambodia as a Public Limited Company on 24 June 2019 under the registration No. 00043962 issued by the Ministry of Commerce. In addition, On 23 March 2020, Alpha Commercial Bank PLC. has obtained a license to carry out banking operations from the National Bank of Cambodia (B.52). The registered head office of the Bank is located at the Gateway Building, Floor 33rd, Russian Blvd (St. 110), Sangkat Phsar Depo Ti3, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The principal activities of the Bank will be the operation of banking business and the provision of related financial services in Cambodia.
