Alphamed is an Australian company with 3 key operational divisions: 1) ALPHAMED DISTRIBUTION: - General wholesaling, export and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical consumables - Full line supplier with over 3,000 line items, mostly healthcare products, including tenders and institutional sales. 2) ALPHAMED INNOVATION: - Pharmaceuticals, medical consumables and consumer healthcare products - Research and develop own brands, as well as in-license brands from other suppliers, under an exclusive sales, marketing and distribution arrangement. Currently 10 brands in portfolio and 12 in pipeline. - Market, sell and distribute portfolio of brands directly, or working with strategic partners, in the various territories. 3) TRISALIS: - Beauty and personal care products and discretionary fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) - Research and develop own brands, as well as in-license brands from other suppliers, under an exclusive sales, marketing and distribution arrangement. Currently 32 brands in the portfolio and 8 in pipeline. - Market, sell and distribute portfolio of brands directly, or working with strategic partners, in the various territories. Regions covered include the South Pacific islands, New Zealand and Australia. Currently expanding into other territories.
