Alpine Energy Group was a renewable energy project development company based in Denver, Colorado, focused primarily on biomass, waste-to-energy, and solar power generation projects. Our team of project developers identified opportunities, assessed project viability, selected project sites, worked closely with host utilities, negotiated all project agreements, secured required permits and sourced debt. Alpine also drew on the talents of its affiliate, E3 Consulting, when specialized knowledge in engineering, construction, and operations, were needed. This combination of talent, when coupled with the support of our private equity investment, allowed Alpine to evaluate opportunities for acquisition or green-field development - taking projects successfully from concept to construction and commercial operations.
