تم تأسيس شركة الرائدة لتنمية الصناعات البلاستيكية (الشاذلي للتنمية و صناعة البلاستيك) سابقا فى يناير من عام 2016 بمركز بسيون بمحافظة الغربية وبدأت عملية التشغيل بانتاج بستلات سعة 9 لتر و 13 لتر و 14 لتر و 16 لتر و 17 لتر للاستخدام في الأغراض الغذائية و كان التركيز في بداية انتاج الشركة على عبوات تعبئة الطرشي و المخللات ثم بعد ذلك حدث للشركة نمو سريع و تم نقل المصنع إلى مدينة 6 أكتوبر بالمنطقة الصناعية على مساحة 5200 متر مربع بمسماه الحالي (الرائدة لتنمية الصناعات البلاستيكية) و المصنع الحالي يضم اكثر من 16 ماكينة حقن تتراوح بين 25 طن إلى 800 طن و كذلك أكثر من ماكينة نفخ . وتطور عمل الشركة بزيادة الاسطمبات فشملت جميع مقاسات الصناديق البلاستيكية لتعبئة الخضروات و الفواكه و كذلك الصناديق البلاستيكية الخاصة بالمجازر و المخابز و أقسام الجزارة وكذلك الخاصة بالمخازن بالاضافة الي الدخول الي عالم الأمن الصناعي و الذي تطورنا فيه بسرعة كبيرة لنكون المصنع الأول و السباق بأنتاج الخوذة السيفتي الخاصة بالمهندسين و العمال و التي قمنا بتطويرها و اعتمادها من هيئة التنمية الصناعية و كذلك هيئة المواصفات و الجودة المصرية و نقوم بتصنيعها حاليا بأعلي معايير المواصفات العالمية لنغزو بها الأسواق العربية و الأوروبية - و كذلك تم تصنيع كارت السقالة السيفتي
