The “Rawan Company for soft drinks, healthy water and carbon dioxide production” was founded in the early 21st century in the land of Mesopotamia under the provisions of the Industrial Investment Law (No. 20) of the year 1998 under (No. 33312) dated 28/09/2000 with a capital of 10,000,000 Million Iraqi dinars and the Plant was built with a total area of up to 10.000 square meters in AL-Basra (Al Hussein neighborhood – industrial and storage facility). تأسست ” شركة الروان لإنتاج المشروبات الغازية والمياه الصحية وغاز ثاني أوكسيد الكاربون ” مطلع القرن الحادي والعشرين وذلك في أرض الرافدين وفقا ً لأحكام قانون الاستثمار الصناعي رقم ( 20 ) لسنة 1998 تحت رقم ( 33312 ) والمؤرخة في 28/09/2000 وبرأس مال وقدره 10,000,000 ملاين دينار عراقي وتم تشييد المعمل بمساحة إجمالية تصل إلى 10.000متر مربع في محافظة البصرة (حي الحسين – منشأة الصناعة والتخزين ) .
