The Alrose Group, Headquartered in New York City, is a fully integrated and self managed real estate investment company. The Alrose Group specializes in the acquisition of, redevelopment and operation of shopping centers and other types of income producing property. The Alrose Group was founded in 1990 by Allen Rosenberg. Allen’s quick decisions and his creative deal making skills have enabled him to grow The Alrose Group’s holdings from a 26 unit apartment building purchased in 1990, to a diversified (and growing) real estate portfolio which consists of 600,000 square feet of retail space, 250,000 square feet of office space, 800,000 square feet of industrial space and 300 apartment units. Since 2004 The Alrose Group completed $200,000,000 worth of deals.
