Alsace Techniques Etiquetage is a French family-owned industrial company specialized in cutting and lamination of adhesive and non-adhesive flexible materials. EXPERTISE With more than 30 years’ experience in converting solutions and a fleet of 40 state-of-the-art machines, ATE is recognized in its sector as the company to contact for complex projects. We convert many materials : paper, cardboard, PE, PP, PET, PU, fiberglass, zinc, aluminium, Tyvek®, Kapton®, Klevoglass®, PVC, felt, copper, silicone, Duplocoll®, Nomex®, Poron®, foams etc. for mobility, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food industry, construction, energies, logistics sectors. More than 700 different materials are stored in our warehouse. We work with the most leading raw material manufacturers as well as small, innovative companies to meet our customers’ needs. In 2022, our exports accounted 2/3 of our sales and we delivered to 23 countries. QUALITY ATE is IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and UL certified. Regarding the ISO 14644-1 standards, our workshop has been classified ISO 7, “grey room”, a few particles away from ISO 6, “clean room”. ATE has also been recognised by our partner 3M as a "3M Preferred Converter" since 2018. Our production is carried out according to the FMEA method, a quality tool enabling potential causes of defects and failures to be identified and dealt with before they occur. For the automotive sector, we also propose PPAP, a control process which assesses the supplier's manufacturing capacity. It checks whether the company meets its customers' quality requirements, using initial samples collected before series production is launched. As specialists in repeatability in automatic label dispensing, we offer process guarantees and targeted solutions against creep or liner marking. Highly appreciated guarantees in Industry 4.0.
